VIRAC, Catanduanes, Nov. 18 (PIA) -The United Kingdom - Virac (UK-Virac) Running Club, in association with Philippine Red Cross (PRC) Catanduanes, will spearhead a Run for a Cause to raise funds for the relief of victims of typhoon Yolanda victims in the Visayas provinces.
Dubbed as "Dalagan...Tabang sa Kabisayaan," the run will be staged on Sunday, Dec. 1 this year at 5:30 am starting from Plaza Rizal here and around the town's main thoroughfares going back to the starting point for both the 3 kilometer and 5 km runners .
The funds which will be generated will be turned over to PRC Catanduanes to augment the concerted relief operations conducted by various government agencies, local, and international organizations.
