LEGAZPI CITY, Feb 11 (PIA) – The Civil Service Commission Albay Field Office (CSC-AFO) will be holding mobile processing of application for the Career Service Examination Paper and Pencil Test (CSE-PPT) for professional and sub-professional levels in Polangui and Tabaco City.
CSC Bicol information officer Lynbee Niebla said that two teams from CSC-AFO will simultaneously hold office on March 4-5, 2015 at Polangui Municipal Hall and Tabaco City Hall to accept and process applications for the CSE-PPT.
“Applicants from the towns of Polangui, Libon, Oas and Ligao City will be served at Polangui Municipal Hall while those from Tabaco City, Tiwi, Malinao and Malilipot will be served at Tabaco City Hall on the said dates,” Niebla said.
The CSE-PPT exam for both professional and sub-professional levels is slated on May 3, 2015.
Niebla noted that first-come, first-served policy shall be observed.
Applicants are advised to bring four pieces passport size pictures with full and handwritten nametag following this format: First name, Middle Initial, Last Name and Extension Name with signature of the applicant over printed name.
“Picture shall be in standard close-up shot from shoulder level and up, colored and in white background,” Niebla said.
Other requirements are photocopy of valid identification card with birth date and completely filled-out application form available at any CSC field office or downloadable at www.csc.gov.ph.
Student applicants can attach a copy of their birth certificate if their IDs has no birth date.
