LCC mall groundbreaking ceremony

 LCC CEO Antonio Tan delivers his message during the groundbreaking ceremony of the Liberty City Center Mall a public private partnership of the local government of Legazpi City, a new landmark  in the heart of Legazpi City  that brings investment to the city and more employment opportunities. “Liberty City Center Mall at Home Kita Digdi” said Tan. A groundbreaking ceremony for the Liberty City Center  (LCC) Mall was led by City Mayor Noel Rosal, Vice-Mayor Vittorio Roces and LCC CEO Antonio Tan, held at Quezon Avenue, Legazpi City last September 24, 2013.

    I am happy and excited that finally the new LCC Mall, an ambitious project of LCC finally broke ground in the center of Legazpi. Aside from additional investment to the ever-growing city, this project will generate employment not only to Legazpi and Albay but to the entire Bicol Region. Congratulations to Gov. Salceda, Mayor Rosal, and the management of LCC.

    Liberty City Center is a joint venture between ALI (Ayala Land, Inc.) and LCC, Inc. Looking forward to see more ALI Properties in the whole Albay in the next 5 years. :)
