LEGAZPI CITY : Professionals from Japan’s partner countries visited Bicol Region particularly in Legazpi City starting today September 12-21. 2013 as part of their ongoing training and dialogue program of the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) on Participatory Local and Social Development (PLSD). The participants include from Bhutan, Colombia, Fiji, Kenya, Tanzania, Turkey, Philippines and Japan. They will visit Legazpi City’s water resource management model project which demonstrates a successful participatory governance, held at St. Ellis Hotel, Legazpi City. (Alex Cal/PIA)
