LEGAZPI CITY, Feb 6 (PIA) -- The regional directors of eleven
government agencies region comprising the Bicol Regional Coordinating Council
(RCC) headed by the Department of Labor and Development (DOLE) report their
accomplishments for year 2014 in the DOLE-RCC “Ulat sa Bicol” held yesterday
afternoon at the AVP Function Hall here. Among the highlights in the reports are
intensified employment and training programs which increased employment rate by
1.3% or 35,611 new jobs and decreased underemployment rate by 7.3%. Nearly
15,000 Bicolanos also benefitted from P137 million total livelihood funds
