AGAPP "Silid Pangarap" blessing and turn-over ceremony



IN PAMUKID ELEMENTARY SCHOOL  : Hon. Pinky Aquino-Abellada, convenor and chairman of Aklat, Gabay, Aruga Tungo sa Pag-angat at Pag-asa (AGAPP) Foundation Inc.,  in a gesture delivered  her inspiring message during the blessing and turn-over ceremony of  twenty-four (24) “Silid Pangarap” pre-school classroom across the Bicol Region donated by Asian Development Bank (ADB) Japan Fund for Poverty Reduction  held at Pamukid Elementary School, San Fernando, Camarines Sur, last November 21, 2013.
