SMOKE-FREE ALBAY ORDINANCE


SMOKE-FREE ALBAY ORDINANCE – The signing of the Provincial No-Smoking Ordinance brings Wednesday (May 16) another milestone in the province of Albay,  under the leadership of Governor Joey S. Salceda and the Sangguniang Panlalawigan ng Albay, headed by Vice Gov. Harold Ong Imperial. The ordinance was authored by Board Member Herbert Borja (Chairman of the Committee on Health and Social Services) and co-authored by Board Member Neil L. Montallana (Chairman of the Committee on Ways and Means). Also present are the SFAN (Smoke Free Albay Network) and other partner agencies, national and local media networks.. (Alex Cal/PIA V)
