115th Philippine Independence Day

IN ALBAY – Albay Governor Joey Sarte Salceda and Legazpi City Vice-Mayor Vittorio C. Roces hoisted the flag raising of the Philippine flag, during the 115^th Independence Day and 54^th Legazpi City Charter Day celebration at Peñaranda Park, Legazpi City.
