Albay, Tactical Operations Group 5- Philippine Air Force, (TOG5-PAF), Office of
the Civil Defense (OCD), Naval Forces of Southern Luzon, (Navforsol), 901st
Infantry Brigade, Philippine Army and the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) jointly conducted the 3rd year
greening program to rehabilitate and reforest the swampy shoreline area of Barangay
Manaet, Cagraray Island, Bacacay, Albay yesterday
