Office of Civil Defense Regional Office V  Dir. Bernardo R. Alejandro IV presides over the  RDRRMC 5 Emergency meeting yesterday, November 4, 2013, at OCD Conference Room to discuss the preparations for the possible effects of TS “YOLANDA”.  Dir.
