Madrid (left lower photo) delivered messages during the “Araw ng Pasasalamat sa OFW with a theme: Pagpupugay sa Kakayahan at Talino ng Expat Pinoy” held June 7, 2009 at the Albay Astrodome in Legazpi City. OWWA cited the most senior surviving OFW, physically & financially challenged OFW, outstanding achievement awards land-based and sea-based OFW, most represented OFW, best in cultural presentation and outstanding OFC.
