“The PNP P.T.R.O.L Plan 2030 has remarkably brought life to our organization and sought to re-ignite interest and brought fresh inspiration to many of our colleagues, who before its implementation may have either lost interest or have allowed themselves to be immersed in the mediocrity and nonchalance that has furthered tarnished the image of the organization,” Buenafe added.

PSSupt. Walfredo G. Pornillos, CSPPO Acting Provincial Director vowed to continue to strengthen the PNP’s resolve to fight criminality and ensure the safety of the community through the strict implementation of Project double barrel and compliance to the peace and order agenda for Transformation and Upholding of the Rule-Of-Law,” otherwise known as PNP P.A.T.R.O.L. Plan 2030.
Buenafe also thanked the members of the different Advisory Councils at the level of the region, the province, the city and the municipal police stations for their indispensable participation and contribution to the PNP.

Before formally wrapping up the ceremony, he enjoined every policeman to walk an extra mile to realize the PNP’s dream of a reformed organization worthy of the trust of the people they pledged to serve and protect.

“As we bring the compliance stage to a triumphant close, I implore you to keep the fire burning and prepare for new challenges the next stage, which is the proficiency stage. I am sure, we will be incorporating already our new projects, especially the projects, especially the “Double Barrel” or our anti-illegal drugs campaign.” (LSM-PIA5/Camarines Sur)
