NAGA CITY, March 14 (PIA) --- Atlantic Bakery has launched its first ever TV Ad competition in the region to encourage more and more families to live a healthy life and inculcate the value of nurturing their homes.
“At Atlantic Bakery, we strongly believe in living healthy- thus our breads are made without preservatives added. We acknowledge the significant role of families in taking care of their homes by ensuring that each member lived a healthy life. We like to deliver these values to all the families in Bicol with the help of the broadcast media,” Kim Legazpi-Poon, Atlantic marketing officer stated.
In a press conference held over the weekend, Atlantic Bakery announced the competition to all commercial and media enthusiasts, including all organizations and individuals, encouraging them to create a television ad that will “inspire others to promote living healthy by eating fresh food especially bread and pastry to deliver that message through generations.”
“Ads should contain positive messages that could, for example, show what people can do to live fresh, happy and healthy lives every day and what we can do as a family, as members of the community, as a country and as global citizens to make this happen,” Poon added.
The competition is divided into two main categories; the Student Category and the Open Category. Sub-categories under the two are Product Ads and Corporate Ads which will be judged separately but with the same prize and freebies.
Grand winners under the two (2) Categories, both for the Products and Corporate Ads will receive Php 30,000.00 cash prize and Php15,000.00 for the first runner up. All participants, including the participating school, will receive certificates in acknowledgment for their achievement and participation.
To register, participants should have an accumulated or single purchase of at least P250 worth of any Atlantic Bakery bread within the registration period starting on the day of the launch until April 10 at 5:00pm. Deadline for submission of entries is on May 15 until 5:00pm.
The submitted work must bear the Atlantic Bakery logo.
High definition quality entries should be submitted burnt on a single CD/DVD and may be given to the organizers in any of the following file formats: .avl, .flv, .mpeg, .mp4, wmv or .mov. Registrants will fill up an Official Entry form upon submission. Participants should bear in mind that their entries will be disqualified if it fail to meet the correct technical specifications crafted out by the organizers.
Originality of work is equivalent to 40 per cent as set by the jurors. Creativity, which include editing and use of the medium is also equivalent to 40 percent and Impact and recall consists of 20 percent, completing the 100 percent criteria for judging the entries.
