PRO5 PCSUPT VICTOR P DEONA, CSEE VI spearheaded in a simple ceremony   the mass oath-taking and donning of ranks ceremonies to the newly promoted Police Commissioned Officers and Police Non-Commissioned Officers.  There were 92 total numbers of PNP personnel who were promoted to the next higher ranks for the 4^th quarter of the last year regular promotees. 30 PCOs, and 62 PNCOs, these to include 1 Police Superintendent, 10 Police Chief Inspectors, 10 Police Senior Inspectors, 9 Police Inspector, 3 Senior Police Officer 4, 7 Senior Police Officer 3, 49 Police Officer 3, and 3 Police Officer 2 held at Camp Simeon Ola, Legazpi City.(PIA/PNP Regional Office V)
