LEGAZPI CITY, Aug 22 (PIA) -- The cast of "Ibalong the Musical", the dance-theatre musical interpretation of the Bicolano epic"Ibalong", performs at the Ibalong Centrum for Recreation (ICR) on August 21 - 22, 2013 to highlight this year's Ibalong Festival.
