LEGAZPI FISH PORT  - In line with the continuous development  of  Legazpi City another project have been bless  and turn-over yesterday  (Feb. 21, 2013) at  Brgy. Dap-Dap, Legazpi City. The Legazpi Fish Port  blessing, turn-over and ribbon cutting ceremonies was graced by  Hon. Al Francis Bichara, Congressman 2^nd District of Albay, Rev. Fr. Arjay Remindado, Hon. Carmen Geraldine Rosal, Legazpi City Mayor, AKB Congressman Alfredo Garbin, Jr., Former City Mayor Noel Rosal,  Dap-Dap Brgy. Captain Marites Barcelon, Vice Mayor Vitorio C.
