" GUARDIAN OF NATURE"... Albay Gov. Joey Sarte Salceda leads anew an environment initiative to plant trees, where 54,000 seedlings of various species will be planted, and clean rivers and water tributaries in the 15 towns and three cities of the province.

Salceda said he launched this project Saturday (January 30) to educate the public that climate change is real, the effects of climate change would be indeed devastating as it threatens the existence of man from his ecosystem to his livelihood and even up to his cultural heritage. (MALoterte/PIA V)
